ChongQing Grilled Fish presents all new lunch menu, starting from 3rd October onwards, only available at Bugis, Chinatown, Upp Thomson & Bukit Timah Outlet! The Team worked hard to curate this lunch menu that features an array of selections from Express Set, Single Fish Fillet, Sichuan Soup, & more!

Chong Qing Grilled Fish presents the best of charcoal-grilled fish with Sichuan hotpot, as well as other classic and modern renditions of Sichuan cuisine. With its first dining concept set up in 2010 in Singapore, Chong Qing Grilled Fish is the first to bring to the local F&B scene a best representation of the vibrancy and multiplicity of Chongqing cuisine.

This lighter option of mains is a pleasuring delight for texture and taste despite its unassuming exposition; tenderly firm and naturally sweet cod fish paired with the creamy mashed potatoes and crunchy asparagus.

Rich and robust flavours of Black angus beef is uninterruptedly the focal point of this dish, only to be accentuated with the accompaniment of truffle cream sauce and seasonal vegetables; an unmissable choice for meat lovers.

A feast to the eyes thanks to SPRUCE's dedicated team of pastry chefs, this dessert features the delicately crafted heart-shaped Dark Chocolate Mousse that is also luscious and comfortingly nectarous, a perfect ending to the meal.

We debated between the baked Salted Cod and a pasta, and although the fish sounded and looked awesome (we saw the chef breaking the salt crust at the table next to us and the flesh appeared flakingly lovely) but felt more like a pasta, so we had the handmade raviolacci with beef filling and marsala sauce ($20). The sauce was super, it was meaty yet sweetened up with the marsala vino, and despite the pasta shells being a little thick, overall, very enjoyable dish.
