New issue 33 by wildwobby: There is no delegate method in PSMTabs for a
double click of it.
http://code.google.com/p/maccode/issues/detail?id=33

Common functionality in Apple's apps is that double clicking a resize bar,
will resize what ever it is
to make it most efficient (or create a new tab as in safari). Because
PSMTabs doesn't have a delegate
method that will fire when an event like this occurs, it is impossible to
make this functionality
happen. This detects when a double click occurs in the area of the view not
occupied by a tab, and
will fire a delegate method.
