Dear Macbeth,

Please do not kill Duncan. Are you really ready for the awful thoughts that will haunt you for the rest of your life? Always having his face in the back of your brain and the racing thoughts that come with the fact that you took someone's life off of the planet? Are you really sure you want to take the position as king? This comes with a lot of responsibility, and I do no think you should take it on unless you are really ready. I understand Lady Macbeth is pressuring you to do this, but she isn't the one who will be affected by it. She will not have the guilty conscience or the visions of Duncan in her head, YOU will. She is just after the throne and power and nothing else. What a winner you chose. Anyway, I really advise you to hush your bad thoughts, and to hush Lady Macbeth's desires to kill a friend of yours. It is not a good idea at all.

Sincerely,

Jordyn

Ha! I love the sentence "What a winner you chose!" This is a great persuasive piece. You give reasons as to why he should not do it and refute some of the arguments he may have!
