We see the greed and wickedness of Macbeth in his act of killing the king. We also get to see the greed of Lady Macbeth. Macbeth felt conviction and remorse for his actions but Lady Macbeth was too driven by the evil of the love of money and power. She failed to show any remorse or conviction. She is the force of evil behind the evil deed. She mocked Macbeth claiming that he is not a man and is a coward if he does not kill the king. The love of money and power can lead anyone down a path of destruction.
