The quote is, "Look like the innocent flower, But be the serpent under't"

This means that you are to deceive everyone. If they see you smiling and being friendly, they wont think anything is wrong. 
It implies that you can get away with anything, as long as you maintain a good composure.
Macbeth was able to get away with murder because everyone thought he loved the King.
They didn't suspect him at all, because on the outside he was a close friend of Duncan, and he couldn't POSSIBLY have had any greediness for power.
Right, wrong. He was the serpent underneath all those good expressions, and was able to murder without suspicion.
