The quote "Look like the innocent flower/But be the serpent under't"(l.v, 66-67), means to give out a false image of yourself. You should live in a way that people do not see you as a threat, but underneath you should be a threat. This doesn't mean to live a lie, but to shock people when it is needed. This way you will always be a surprise to people. For example, some people might think you are easy to walk over, but then when they try, they fail. Living this way will allow you to never put up with people who have the wrong intentions.

Nice work, I agree that there is strength in not being overtly aggressive. Sometimes the strongest people only need to show their strength in a crisis, while weaker people feel the need to constantly prove they are strong, but when a crisis occurs, simply fall apart.
