Dear Macbeth,
I plead you not to assassinate your king Duncan for the reason being, he has done nothing but good for you. He has placed all his trust in you and he has always wished you nothing but success. The advantages of murdering King Duncan are not as lavishing as you may hope. The consequences are far worse than you thought; you could be put to death for such crime. What kind of King would you be? Do you think people are going to be loyal to someone who was disloyal to their King? You are setting an example for others, and the possibility of someone killing you and trying to become King is greater if you kill King Duncan. The reason the possibility for someone killing you once you are King is because you showed your people that it is okay to kill you leader and they will be able to get away with it. People will look up to you if you earn your right to be King instead of murdering King Duncan. They cowardly thing to do would be to kill him. Are you a coward? I think not. Even though the witches predicted that you would be king forever does not mean that you should force it. Your time will come, be patient. Show the people that you would be a great leader and that you can be content in your position. Accept that Duncan is your king and your friend. Do not ruin your life and your chance to being king by one act of greediness.
Sincerely,
