"Look like an innocent flower but be the serpent under't" I feel this quote means to be sweet and look sweet but if you are hurt take action. To me Lady Macbeth is the literal definition of this quote. She looks sweet and pulls off that she doesn't have anything to do with it , no one would suspect her. When in reality she devised the whole plan to kill Duncan, convinced Macbeth with harsh words and is waiting for the power.She is truly the "serpent underneath".
