How can I make F11 "talk" to a renamed buffer in which M2 is running? I can name it back to *M2*, but Mike once showed me a more direct way...which I have forgotten, but now would like to use and record!

thanks

In emacs, if you type C-u F11 (type C-u (control with u pushed down), followed by F11), it will prompt you for which buffer you want the text to go to.  To change it later, do the same.

Similarly, if you do C-u F12, then it will prompt you for the M2 command line.
