Hello!

After installing the recent 1.24.05 release, I decided to give the new parallelApply function a try. I took one of my packages and replaced one of the most time consuming apply steps with an equivalent parallelApply. After doing that, the package fails to install because a single example in the documentation crashes M2 with a SIGSEGV error. The parallelApply I introduced is used successfully in other places while building the documentation, but this particular instance is causing the issue. I got the same results on two different computers both running Fedora 40 and M2 1.24.05.

This definitely feels like something that is above my ability to fix. If anyone has any suggestions, I will be happy to try them out. I can also share the code causing the issue.

Thanks,
Fred
