Topcom is down

Dear all,

I've noticed that Topcom is down (this url doesn't open https://www.wm.uni-bayreuth.de/TOPCOM/, and I get "error: could not find topcom" when I try to use it in the server version of M2. I tried to run the first example here https://faculty.math.illinois.edu/Macaulay2/doc/Macaulay2/share/doc/Macaulay2/Topcom/html/___An_spexample_spuse_spof_sp__Top__Com.html

Do you happen to know what's the situation with the package?
