Apple Care comes through... again

I had big time pixel damage to my Powerbook. It occurred out f the
blue last week. So I brought it in to the Partridge Creek Apple store
on Monday. The display panel arrived on Wednesday and I had it back on
Thursday. Without AppleCare this would have been a $500 bill. And my
Apple Care expires in mid January. This was a smart investment as I've
had other repairs over the past 3 years to the latch and logic board.
So, those with newer macs, did you get the extended warranty? I
wouldn't do this for a car.
