Welcome the Macalester AAUP unmoderated discussion list. This list intends to serve as a space for faculty discussions with each other about concerns that we might choose to address in our capacity as AAUP. Faculty have few opportunities for such ongoing discussion on campus, and no faculty listserv.

This listserv is limited to members of the AAUP, and is unmoderated. This means each individual is responsible for the content of their own messages. Please be collegial, considerate of members' time (especially when it comes to long emails!), and goal-oriented, so that we can turn our collective knowledge and discussions into concrete actions.
