Dear all Pinoy Archers,

 

The Pinoy Archers internet forum was established in December 2010 to address the need for a venue to discuss archery matters by the archers themselves. While the internet forum was very helpful in the sharing of information, ideas, opinions and light banters and jokes, it has not produced any serious discussion regarding the real state of Pinoy Archery and how it can be moved forward towards the fulfillment of our aspirations – to produce  World Class Pinoy Archers, the likes of our great billiard players who are dominating the world billiard scene today.

 

            The Pinoy Archers forum that was conducted last Feb 26, 2011 at the UNILAB compound was an attempt to inject serious talks to the seemingly light and informative discussion of its internet counterpart. The result of the first session (hopefully there will be more sessions) is shared to all in order to get more feedbacks from those who were not able to attend.  This document is still in its draft form and hopefully, with more inputs from the archers, we can produce a more in depth study of Pinoy Archery that may lead us to the fulfillment of our dreams and aspirations.

 

This document is about Pinoy Archery in its entirety and it is never about PANNA only. We wanted to see Pinoy Archery through the different sectors that can influence its development and identified the roles that each sector has to contribute. Thanks to brilliant contributions of the first nine (9) forum participants who unselfishly opened up and shared what they thought, believed and observed which resulted in a 10-page document.

 

The output of the forum is hereby attached for your reference. You may download it, read through it, and share your feedbacks to us.
