Based on the adisory, NSA can conduct its own registration for non-national team members.... Maybe, PANNA should do this.. The PSC online registration is not reliable...

PARTICIPATING DELEGATES (AND NON- NATIONAL TEAM MEMBERS)

E.1 Free billeting in schools and shuttle transportation within playing venues and
billeting centers.

E.2 Meals and transportation shall be on personal account.

E.3 Have the option to register on-line (psc.gov.ph) or in a manner the NSA
deemed more effective and prompt for as long as the PNG Secretariat is
regularly updated.
