Folks, here is the number of Nature's Village 034-4950808.  The room rate is P1800 single or double.  Its really a perfect hotel venue for the event.  Its not in the previous area which is Active's Town and Country but across the highway.  Its at the back of North, a club which opens once in a while. 
The field is a small football field which is well maintained.  I believe the archers will be facing towards the sea or west side, for safety reasons. I don't think the organizers will like the idea of a complaint who has a lost arrow found lodged across his cranium or stuck behind his back sholder akin to those indian pana pictures of those cheapy newspapers which the feathers of the chicken still sticking out.
