New updates

I wanted to use the latest macwidgets from SVN and rather than update at work I elected to reimplement from scratch the features I needed over the holiday.  Then I can just delete a lot of our internal custom code.

Here are the updates:

Added capability to create a gradient button using text (instead of just icons).
Added convenience function to add a button group to a labeled component group.
Added support for dragging a splitpane to BottomBar (try DEverything demo to see why).
Added widget color schemes based on SouceList color schemes
Added ActivePanel that uses WidgetColorScheme to set panel colors based on window focus.
Updated HUD controls to support both light and dark colors but only on the ones I currently use...I'd like to refit all of them to use WidgetColorScheme so didn't bother with the ones I don't use on a light color scheme.
