I used the automatic exporter to github and the code currently resides here:

I think I added the right Kenneth Orr as a contributor.  :) I can transfer the project to you if that's you.

I've gone through a few other transitions from google code to github. A word of warning: specifying a 'this project has moved to' URL will almost completely disable access to even the admin panel of the google code project. The only way to get back is to know the exact URL to the admin panel for that project (which could be inferred from another unmoved project). Make sure everything you want out of the old google code project (like a list of contributors, images, etc) before you set the redirect URL.
