[Mac src] PXSourceList – Source List control for Mac OS X

PXSourceList is a Source List control that can be used in applications
for Mac OS X 10.5 and higher.

Features:
- "Group" highlighting for top-level items (text displayed dark blue
and capitalized)
- Support for "Badges" – the capsules that can be displayed to the
right of non-Group items containing a number
- The option to display an "Icon" for each non-Group row in the Source
List for extra visual information.
- Right-clicking support for non-Group items to display context menus.
