New builds of OpenXLIFF Filters and XLIFF Manager are available for download at https://maxprograms.com 

With the latest OpenXLIFF release you can now generate XLIFF 2.1 from the command line or using XLIFF Manager's GUI.

XLIFF 2.1 is the only version of XLIFF supported by DeepL for translating entire documents.
