WTB - cheap wheels, bar and saddle

I am looking for a few items for my winter bike and would rather see
if anybody has stuff locally rather than ebay....

+ Wheelset - I need a backup wheelset of some sort, inexpensive and
tough is the name of the game since its going on an older bike
anyways.

+ Bar - looking for something 44cm to put on the winter bike

+ Saddle - Selle Italia Flite or similar in design...
