Improving Issues/Reports management

We make some reflexion on how to improve the issues/reports management.

We want to add :

• possibility to add a note for an issue
• set issue target application version
• grouping reports manually
• find a better presentation for issues table
• When clicking on issue then display an issue dialog with all reports listed instead of the first report
• When clicking on a report then display the actual report dialog
• Find a solution to make each row more separeted, more clear
