Log Return this error

Hi all,
yesterday i tried to install mablab. I configured all components...
I had to disable mod_cgi in my apache (php) server.

and now when i try to get Report from an app crash the mablab web platforms return this error in log:

[0] => mabl_issues.issue_app_id=1
[1] => mabl_issues.issue_state<>0
)

How to solve this ?
