Please clarify points on Motives Challenge requirements.
1. We are talking about $ 60,000 purchase of personal care products. Does that include Royal Spa products since they are in Personal Care line? GH : Yes, the Royal Spa products are included for Motive Challenge requirements.
2. If a Preferred Customer becomes a distributor or sales rep, can we count that individual as one of the 5 preferred customers required to meet the challenge? GH : If the purchase/ sales transactions happened prior to the status change from PC to Dist or Sales Rep, and then related supporting documents can be acceptable.
3. ATG issue: Please advise what alternative we can help after 1 1/2 year of trying. GH : We are working with Patlive to find out the solution to resolve the Taiwan ATG issues and will update you if any progress.
