Training in Taiwan in July

Dear all,On May 5th, I sent out an email that announced a product training in July. (I attached the old email). It has been a month passed and I still haven't heard any decisions in regard to location and who and how to run this training class. Thus, I would like to ask specific questions this time in hope that we can speed up the progress and make this a less discouraging situation.1. We need 3 warrantees, one is in charge of event and speaker contacts (serve as "S" team), one is in charge of event pass, announcement and collect money (serve as "A" team), the third person will be in charge of product display and collect all the products / equipments that speaker needs at the training. Please respond this issue by 6-17. So we can process the rest of procedures.2. We need to make a choice from the following options, so we can have a decision on the training location promptly.A. Rent Annie's office space ($2000/day) anyway. If we don't have enough people attend training, I will open this training to other teams. So we will have no problem in collecting the cover charge.B. Keep my original idea - as this is not a business trip for me (I come to Taiwan for attending my daughter's wedding only), so I prefer just give a private training to my own organization. Thus, we can calculate the attendee's number before making a decision on the location. For example: If we have more than 30 people, then we rent Anni's office. If we have less then 15 people, then we use Hou Fen's office ( then there will be only be a small charge for product usage). If we have between 15 to 30 people, then we use the place that Jimmy mentioned.I need to collect your opinions on which option (A or B) that you prefer by 6-17.Moreover, no matter we go with option A or B, each team (Jimmy's team, Marian's team, Jessica's team, Yin-Shan's team) needs to provide the attendee's number by 6-30.3. Since we need to pay rent and products usage, we need to collect money from attendees. Suggesting price for the H&N Product Training is $50 ~ $100, Skin Product Training is for $100 ~ $200 (attendees can use product for demo). If attend two trainings, it will be $100 ~ $150. What do you think? Please respond this issue by 6-17. So we can make an announcement afterwards.Do we need to print out the pass and sell it? - So we can have an idea - how many people would attend trainings. Please respond this issue by 6-17When things clear up on 6-30, I need "A" team to write an annoucement email in Chinese that mentions the following: [This training focuses on - The easy way to understanding products - how products relate to you , your body and life. Attendees would learned how to use products, how to present product, ..... Predictably, you, your partners and your customers would start to try more products. Of course, your BV will go UP and UP.]However, If you don't respond this email and/or share your thoughts by 6-17, I will interpret your silience as you are not interested in bringing you and your partners to attend this product training. I will respect your decision and not include you in any further discussions.[please take note, I need to have enough time to create at least 2 PowerPoint presentation materials myself for this product training. I also need time to prepare a series of communication class for San Jose State University that needs to be filled out before I take off for Taiwan. It has been awhile, I haven't given any trainings to Taiwan partners yet. However, I will be in Taiwan for 1 week to attend my daughter's wedding in July. The topics of this product training are Health & Nutrition, and Skin Protection. I will provide a systemized structure to introduce "need to know" knowledge and our products to you. The products introduction will cover all the products that MA carried. So be note, some of the products that I am going to introduce may not be distributed in Taiwan. [But I will emphasis on Taiwan Products more. - in this case, I need someone to prepare all the Taiwan products for me at this coming training.]
Training time: From 2PM to 3:10PM (H&N), from 3:20PM to 4:30PM (Skin). From 4:40PM to 5PM, it will be Q & A time, (if you have the questions about Motives Products, you can bring your questions to you, but you need to bring the products to show me. so both you and me will have a fully understanding).
Training place: if you have a place for me to give the trainings, that will be great! Please let me know ASAP (need a decision before end of this month). Otherwise, I will consider to borrow a place where is located in NeiHu District, Taipei. [detail will be announced later]
If you think that you can learn something from me, or I can help you to train your downlines or my trainings can convince your prospects.... This will be the only chance for 2007.
