RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Collect, assemble, review, and maintain data and information required to prepare routine and on demand reports for evaluation
2. Prepare monthly A/R Reports timely and accurately
3. Assist in development and production of other A/R Private/Third Party related forms, reports, and documents as necessary to support the department and A/R group
4. Compile statistics for monitoring and tracking trends and tendencies
5. Identify fluctuations and researches reasons for variances in cash and A/R levels
6. Identify Billing and Collection issues and problems and employ a formal process to communicate problems and improvements
SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL/VOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelors degree in accounting or business.
2. Two years accounting experience
3. Personal computer experience including familiarity with spreadsheet applications.
