Description: What we need: High energy, versatile, focused Product Engineer who can oversee multiple optical thin film coating projects while locating, documenting, and resolving any problems that arise. Our ideal candidate has the ability to indicate areas within customer specifications that could become problematic and implement strategies to avoid these problems, as well as, the ability to recognize problems during production and effectively mitigate them while keeping costs down and keeping the project on schedule.
Who you are: Experienced engineer with 3 years performing similar duties under little supervision at an Optical Coating Company. Problem solving mentality with an affinity for catching problems before they become production issues. High mental alacrity with the ability to shift gears quickly without sacrificing focus on other projects.
High growth visible position with top company. Salary $70,000 to $100,000 plus bonus plan; company paid full family coverage medical, dental, prescription and vision; matched 401(k); stock; tuition reimbursement and more.
