But for important views ( Job announcement, Bids, consultancy etc ), I agree with you that they should be communicated in English. INFORMATION All finalist students have to fill the clearance form for graduation. This form is available in the office of RUKUNDO( registration office) and if you are concerned, please do it as soon as possible, because you will need clearance of Custodian, Librarian, Dean of Students, Head of department, Finance department and lastly return the form to the registration office for clearance . You have to carry your Student ID, Library Card,Examination cards for all semesters and any missed document(Bachelor's Degree, Certificate of Senior six etc ).
