Change of Graduation day

Dear friends, as i promised to keep updating you on graduation proceedings, note that the day has been changed from 16th February to 23rd February 2013. This has been due to another administrative function due to take place on that day (16th) and they cant mix it with graduation. So take note of that. Prudent try to spare the chicken for that day.

Yesterday I went to Kabale for the Affidavit, paid 40000 USh and got a paper for which Rukundo was about to deny me the graduation.
