Next Sunday's ride and AGM

Evening hashers,

A reminder that we have our next ride starting at Brewmanity, 50 Tope St South Melbourne at 12pm next Sunday 22 June. Finish is a DiFFERENT location in West Melbourne (not Docklands as previously advised). Southern Cross is the closest station for both start and finish.

Next Sunday's ride will also be our AGM. I've got no idea how these things are supposed to be run so I guess we'll just wing it!

Please consider if you'd like to join the mismanagement team. I don't really want to be GM anymore, but I'm still happy to do background stuff like posting about the rides here and on the socials. Arseholemaine can't be arsed with being RA anymore either.

The GM and RA responsibilities can be limited to ride days - get the mob organised at the start and run the circle at the end. If you're a regular attendee and don't mind speaking to a crowd maybe this is the gig for you? Alternatively you might like to join our very informal committee in some other capacity.

Give it some thought, get in touch if you'd like to chat before next week or put your hand up on the day.

Woops, the hares have updated the info again (should have checked before sending the first message).

They advise that catching a train to Flagstaff station and then riding along the William St bike lane, or to Flinders st station then riding the bike path between the train tracks and the river and turning left at Queensbridge st are better options than Southern Cross station. The on in is closer to North Melbourne station if that's on your line, but still close to Southern Cross.
