M4RI 20110601.alpha0 Windows Support

Hi m4ri-devel (CC: Eric who uses M4RI on Windows),

we have several open tickets to improve Windows support:

1 https://bitbucket.org/malb/m4ri/issue/28/using-m4ri-with-visual-studio-2010

2 https://bitbucket.org/malb/m4ri/issue/27/runtime-error-in-demo-code

3 https://bitbucket.org/malb/m4ri/issue/29/m4ri-for-windows-users

I tried to address 1 and 3 in:

It would be great if someone actually using Windows for development could take
a look and tell me whether it works as expected. I didn't fix 2 yet because I
have no clue how to actually build the test programs using MSVC. I'm grateful
for pointers etc.
