Congratulations on finishing everything. I enjoyed each of your presentations.

I'm writing to you since you presented your group work, so are the "group leader" by default (it wasn't entirely clear to me who would be responsible for providing the digital files). If your group has appointed someone else to submit the digital files, please forward this note to them. Needless to say, your leadership will be recognized in the grading.

We'd like to get digital copies of your work. The first thing that would be helpful for grading purposes would be your PDF presentations. Could you please send me your PDF file today by email?

Secondly, we would like to get copies of your raw files (InDesign/Illustrator + image files) by the end of the week. This is so Tim can lay out your work into a broader publication. It may be easiest to simply burn a DVD and leave it Tim's mailbox in architecture headquarters. You can embed the image files (which makes for very large files) or you can set up your DVD to have the same folder structure as your linked images in the InDesign/Illustrator file(s). Either way is fine, as long as it works when Tim opens your InDesign/Illustrator file.
