Hey Guys,

I hope midterm projects and finals prep is going alright. Amazingly,
this quarter is almost over.

Would it be possible for us to meet Sunday at 2pm? I'm helping out at
an event and I thought I could be done by 1:00pm, but it'll probably
be closer to 2pm.

I'm working on the distillation of the site analysis today, hope to
have 70-80% of it done so that when we meet I can make any necessary
adjustments before Tuesday.

Best,
Emmanuel

Here is a sketch drawing of concept master plan of our site, I hope it can be helpful to our work.

The parcels you built on don't correspond to the ones we discuss in the rest of this as "easy to build on." And a good deal of the "red" construction is not on the parcels we chose. The fact that the large industrial blight areas (especially the truck trailer storage area to the bottom right of the rendering) haven't been built on in 40 years is definitely not gonna fly tomorrow.

I'm realizing this is a problem with communication and not spending enough time talking everything over. We were all super busy the last couple weeks, I know.

But if we don't fix the glaring issues we'll get ripped apart tomorrow in class.

Here are some quick fixes that would save us some trouble:

pan the camera to the north so that it's showing the project site area, and move some of those red buildings over to the east and north (into the industrial tracts). Also, move that tent thing into the park maybe, or somewhere that makes sense. The bridge and station stuff is good. Make the buildings smaller on existing residential sites if you can. That is key to our discussion. The idea is that stuff is going to get built where it's easiest to build over time.
