Hi Guys,

Attached is a PDF with the distilled site analysis. I basically
focused on the key points of our site analysis and changed some of the
wording to hint at our scenario. I was going to include a layout
going into info on Disney, but it'd almost be pointless without clear
numbers on Disney employees.

Please take a look. Let me know if there's anything I should add or
take out. I'll be up somewhat late. I left the two layouts almost
the same because they brought focus to the area we talk about in
Project 4.

I will be super tired though--looks like I'll be up all night doing a midterm paper I haven't gotten to.

Also, I'm attaching a low-res version of my "give and take" layouts for anyone's reference. 

This took forever so I didn't have time do the "timeline" one. I guess we can save that for next project since that one's more about time projections.
