Besides listing down the tasks, another important part is the time/
date, i.e. the deadline of each task.

1)Please gather infront of IMU at 830am on saturday, 13 september
( except for committee members who are going to rumah shalom, please
gather at 730 instead) . please be punctual yea :)
2) buses will be picking up all students from the homes at 12.30pm. if
there is any problem/delay in the bus, please call either me or
xinying.
3) most of the groups will be having some sort of ice breakers and
games at the respective homes before helping to clean up. so you guys
just help along and coordinate the juniors when necessary. and most
importantly, enjoy and have fun =)
