The following is the process that PepsiCo would follow -

OFF CAMPUS

a. Details of interested students (Mechanical and Electrical only) - Format attached here

b. First level short-list to be shared by us

c. Short-listed students to complete a psychometric test and a one page form

d. Second level short list to be shared by us

ON CAMPUS

a. Group Discussions (number depending on the number of applicants)

b. Interviews (one panel only)

Pls fill up the attached form and send across by 26 July2013, so that we can share the short-list with you asap. Call me if you need any further information.

Also, pls confirm to me the time for our process on 3 August, 2013
