Following is the detailed JD of Sobha Developers a Top Indian Real Estate
and Construction Company. Kindly send me the confirmation with the data
according to the above attached format as required by the company, for
further proceedings of this drive. There are no charges involved for this
drive.

Step up will provide on campus drive, off campus drives and pool campus
drives for students of your college. We cater to the needs of colleges and
provide companies in the streams of BE/ B. Tech in CSE/IT/EEE/ECE/Mech/Civil
and others.

You need to share the data of the students in the above attached  format
earliest by tomorrow first half, since we need to upload the data in our
portal. Sobha will be conducting the aptitude test through Step Up platform
and we need to finish the process of online tests of interested colleges by
Wednesday which is 16th April,2014.

Position: Management Trainee -2014 (Male candidates only)



Job Location: Bangalore / Thrissur / Coimbatore / Chennai / Pune / NCR /
Hyderabad (Candidate should be willing to work any where in India)



Educational Qualification: Civil Engineering Graduates with an aggregate of
over 70% marks from 10th class onwards and with no history of arrears
(Payment and Management seat candidates are not preferred)



Salary Offered: Cost to the company of Rs. 3.08 lakhs per annum



Skills Required: Candidates should have high levels of energy, possess
excellent communication & interpersonal skills, and exhibit a burning desire
to excel in their work.



Duration: All Management Trainees will undergo two and a half years of on
the job intensive training. On completion of the same, the candidates will
be put on a fast track growth and will be absorbed as Assistant Project
Managers by the Company.
