Dear students,
1)  The students who have not completed dissertation work : -
                 presubmission dates will be announced later, when they apply for presubmission.

2)  Only those students, who have completed the work and supervisor was satisfied, can apply for presubmission seminar ::--
            Presubmission seminars will be held after 30th june

3)  Points to remember for the seminar:
     (a)  First apply for presubmission by filling form (attaching Mtech DMCs, resarch paper copies) and
           submit it to Mrs Lakhwinder kaur in office,
     (b)   candidate's supervisor must be available, student must confirm first from supervisor at what time and date he/she is available,
          then must message to  undersigned/Er. Navdeep Kanwal (Coordinator MTech PT).
     (c) Candidate must submit first rough draft (spiral binding copy) of dissertation to supervisor for checking
     (d) same copy must be shown at the time of presentation to the expert committee.
     (e) Expert committee may reject or accept for submission or suggest modifications.
      (f) After modifications, submit the final copy.
