LYP SPORTS DAY-REMINDER 1

Hy team,
 
Please find the attached work sheet on funds reconciliation  for LYP Sprots Day.
 
It’s quite disappointing that its almost  four weeks after the sports Day event and still members of the board have not paid up for the tickets neither have they surrendered the tickets.
 
We must lead from the front as board members. We should not have any excuse of not remitting funds that we have collected from the activities, the least we can do is to return un utilized tickets and assist me to close the account. If we cannot account for resources as board members then how do we expect other members to comply?
 
Even as we arrange to have another gala night, let’s avoid having such a scenario of delaying funds or not accounting for resources that have been vested on us.
 
Am very impressed by the following who have cleared their account:

4.  Naomi Wanyoro.
 Let hope as we meet tomorrow everyone will make good his account.
