FINAL CALL FOR SPORTS DAY TICKETS

Hy team,

 

The year is coming to a close and we need financial planning relating to the student we need to put in place next year.

 

There is need to consolidate all our fund raising efforts and see how much kitty we have. Its my humble request that if you have any moneys relating to sports day bonaza kindly forward the same by end of November. Lets also consolidate other fundariser kitty such as LYP pledge, Sale of T Shirts, Mombasa Gala nyt- Dan is currently handling this. Lets us not be reminded regulary on what we have pledged to do. Lets honour our obligations.

 

We need to start planning for next year fees payment plan, and how many students to sponser.

 

Kindly lets give the best we can to put smiles on the needy children.

 

We really appreciate the positiveness and passion in your support.

Just to reinforce what Mike is saying here...

We need to understand where we are in our projects to fund-raise for the foundation to support kids in 2012. Ouko has been the Central person but there are also several of us here who hold some cash for these projects namely;

a. T-shirts

b. Sports Day Tickets

c. Contributions.

d. Gala Night Fundraising- MBS Team- Do you have any savings from the Gala Night towards the Foundation?

Kindly reconcile with me as soon as possible on the above. Have been sending text reminders on the same and will continue doing so but there is no need to. Kindly get back to me by end Nov as Mike requested so that we can understand where we are in finances.

This will help us determine the deficit in the Fees for 2012 so that i can fund-raise for the balance in December before we embark on 2013 Fees fund-raising in January.
