Hi there

I'm interested in the previous wife of Thomas Rae who later married Mary Ellen Lintern in 1912. You have a marriage in Australia. What is your source for that? I have received information from a distant relation who had a marriage certificate for Thomas Rae and Harriet Annie Shepperson who married in 1885 in Auckland and Harriet died in 1912. I am descended from Thomas' sister Mary Rae by the way.

During my research I found an entry for a Thomas RAE & Helen in the Victoria, Australia marriage index on FindMyPast. As you have his first marriage certificate, in New Zealand, to Harriet SHEPPERSON, I will amend the webpage. Thanks for that :)

Hi Lynda

Just to let you know that William John RAE (1882, New Zealand) died at the age of 6 months in 1883. He is buried beside his mother and brother William who died at the age of 16 months.
