So glad that you had the 1859 passenger list for the Monica on your site. I am descended from the Joseph Brinkley named there. He ended up in South Australia. My grandfather told me about 45 years ago that Joseph had arrived in Australia on the Monica in 1857. I could never find a trace of it landing in Adelaide but did find it in Sydney in 1857 but no ancestor on it! Now I have the ship and the ancestor.
Is there an official source (online or otherwise for the passenger list)?
