Final Meeting MiLD

Dear all,

Next week, (Friday, April, 8, morning) we will conduct the final meeting of the FCT-funded project that I’ve been coordinating for the past 3 years.

It’s the project MiLD - The role of meritocracy in legal decisions towards low status groups.

It will be a morning of discussion in person (no online transmission), where the team of the project will present the majority of the studies conducted within the project with time for discussion.

We will be joined by Vincent Yzerbyt (a consultant of the project) from the Université Catholique de Louvain and two other international guests: Cátia Teixeira from Maastricht University and Ana Urbiola from the University of Almeria.

The event will take place at Sala Maria de Sousa in ICS (Instituto de Ciências Sociais da Universidade de Lisboa) from 9h30 to 13h.

Everyone is welcome, but given that we have limited seating space, I ask anyone interested in participating in the meeting to send me an email (rui....@ics.ulisboa.pt), so I can confirm whether we still have places available then.

In the afternoon following the meeting, in the same room, Vincent Yzerbyt will give a talk in the same entitled “The dimensional compensation model: recent developments and news from an adversarial collaboration"
