Try rebooting your iPhone. That can fix rare goofy issues on my
iPhone 6. Also, try a "real" WiFi network (like at home) instead
of your iPhone hotspot.

Roy - I had the same problem for awhile. Rebooting the iPhone did not help. Eventually, I changed the password on the hotspot, and did the same on the LX, and it connected. Also, it seems to not like connecting as easily unless you have the hotspot screen open on the phone. Good luck!
