Low volume audio output

My LX9070's audio output became very weak, you can barely hear it on the ground, you can't hear it in the air at all.  Same result with earbuds plugged directly into the V8.  All volumes at 100%

V8 and LX9070 both running on current firmware updates, it was working prior to the updates, although not 100% certain the updates caused it, but that is the only change to the system recently.

Is there a way to go back to the earlier firmware version?
