I would like the option to have Voice information to a new flap setting.   

I have a 9070 with the flap sensor and use the flaps tape, which is is good visual aid, but I still occasionally find myself in the wrong flap position with my attention directed outside away from the screen.  The V3 has 8 flap positions.  I don't have panel space for the flaps LED display.

I second that. I need constant reminder to change flap setting. I am holding on purchasing a flap sensor until such option is available. It should have a buffer though, as you don’t want a constant warnings every second you are 1knot from the flap range.  Similar to STF, it should have a configurable silent band of maybe 5 knots and maybe 20 seconds.

It has been a while since I looked at it so I might have terminology a bit off.

I would like to be able to configure my S80 so the Varo/Speed control switchwa automatically but is overidden by either the Vario or the Speed control lines. Currently only the Vario line will override the Auto Speed control. If both the Vario and Speed control lines are activated (grounded?) then the vario takes priority.

This would allow configuring a 3 position switch (SPDT)  so that for example forward is Speed control selected., Centered it Auto speed control (I use speed based switching), and back would be Vario mode selected. 

Currently the Speed control line does not do anything when I have Auto speed control selected. However I can over ride the Auto speed control with the Vario override .

I would like the following. In the LX system there is a state vector stating what it's picked up from the sensors.

a) For the GPS, there is the position in 3 dimensions and a 3 dimensional velocity

b) For the Gyro, there's a 3d orientation

c) Pressure sensors theres the ASI, the Altimeter and the TE pressure

d) For the accelerometer, a 3d vector for the accelerations

There are some derived results.

e) The atmosphere, a rate of climb and a 2d wind vector which again makes a 3d vector

There are also some settings

f) QNH

g) McCready

h) Water or more accurately weight. 

In some cases we also have things like the flap setting. 

It would be useful to have two things.

1. This information is recorded as a log, for post flight analysis. Ideally at least one a second. 

2) The information pushed out on wifi / bluetooth so people can play with inflight analysis tools. Here a high frequency say, 10 per second would be ideal

The latter leads to the idea of plug-ins to LX Nav, to add extra functionality. 

For the AoA example, you could then just create something that runs off your phone.
