Looks like there is not much action here any more.
I just want to put it out there that my Kloxo Next Generation project has released a version of Kloxo that has been built on RHEL 8 & 9 .
It currently installs on Rocky and Almalinux 8 & 9. Also Centos stream 9.
It is still a work in progress but code is at https://github.com/KloxoNGCommunity/kloxo and install details at https://kloxo.org/
