Updated rrdtool rpm package (Shared)


CentOS 6: update repository (yum update rrdtool)
CentOS 5: test repository (yum update rrdtool --enablerepo=lxcenter-test)

Note: CentOS 5 src rpm differs from CentOS 6 src rpm.
Disabled egginfo check for python package on CentOS 5.
Tho we do not use the binding packages.
