Error in XML export (serious)

Hello everybody
Today, when I did an export to xml of the Biagi 8.9 db (but the problem exists in all databases) I found that DataX and DataY contains the same data (they are duplicated).
It seems the values from DataX are copied upon DataY.
Can you please verify the problem? As now it is not possible to use the data in XML format.
Here there is the example:
