BSR-500 [Ar] Error?

Hello, 

When accessing cross-sections for argon from the BSR-500 database (Zatsarinny, Wang, Bartschat, Phys. Rev. A 89, 022706 (2014), updated May 29, 2016), the ionization cross-section seems to be missing. Instead, the highest excitation cross-section is repeated (see below). Any ideas on how to correct this? Is the ionization cross-section unchanged from the earlier 2013 result?
